Description & trading style

The Flower Pot is a charming traditional inn with a good food trade and some outstanding en suite letting bedrooms.  With a convivial bar trade, there is a good atmosphere in the Flower Pot which needs to be protected and developed to maximise the business.

Location & local amenities

Lower Sunbury on Thames has a small high street, and is right on the Thames (the Flower Pot overlooks the Thames).  There are excellent road and rail networks both into central London, and to the surrounding attractions such as Kempton Park Races, Kew Gardens, and Hampton Court Palace.

Accomodation

Trade: One bar, WC's, kitchen, beer cellar and stores.
8 letting rooms - 5 ensuite (1 king, 4 double, 2 single and 1 twin).
Private: One bedroom flat for staff (bathroom, landing and bedroom).

Current & future markets

The current operators have built a business with a good local reputation and new markets would be developed on the back of this.  Some further marketing would add revenue to the letting rooms and food sales.
