You will need to estimate the turnover you expect from the pub. The current barrelage will be given to assist you with calculations, but you need to estimate the food sales.

Guide rent

£40,000 per annum headline, but we will discuss a time period with you in which to build up to this level.  Rent is payable fortnightly in advance by direct debit. Retail Price Indexation applies to rents.

Terms

Three year tenancy agreement to include an annual service chrage that covers property insurance, servicing of heating and cellar equipment etc.

Rateable value
