We believe that training is an essential part of becoming and remaining a good publican. As a result we offer a number of free or heavily subsidised training courses for all our tenants and lessees.
These include:
- National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
- Basic Food Hygiene
- Beer and Cellar Quality Management
- Wine Training
Capital Investment
We are small enough to care about you yet large enough to invest in you. We like to invest in our pubs whether that would be an extension to the trading area, new letting rooms, a larger kitchen or even landscaping a garden. The right investments in the right pubs with the right people can transform a business. We will work with you and take the project from a seed of an idea through to completion.
