Description

The Anchor is a traditional homely pub with a wonderful atmosphere close to the bank of the Thames. Popular with Henley locals, you will find the Anchor to be full of character and history. With friendly staff and good food, it can get quite busy during the Henley regatta, especially with the rowing crews, who come to sample the great range of beers, try out the menu, and to make use of the great garden at the back. With a great pint of Brakspears, (they have a Cask Marque beer quality award), a south facing pation garden and barbecues during the summer months, you'll soon become an Anchor local too!
