Description
The Chequers is a small, intimate pub within one quarter mile of Brighton 'Old Pier' and close to the seafront. The interior is 1950's/1960's in design. The pub will have a real fire from October onwards. The Chequers is dog friendly and children are welcome during the day - there are lots of books and board games to keep them entertained. Open Mic night on Wednesdays. Delicious hot pies and sausage rolls from a local butcher are on sale together with a selection of chutneys and pickles. Homemade soups and stews will be available for the winter season.
