Description
Dating back to 1728, the Angel on the Bridge is now in its 280th year and 51st Landlord. Henleys riverside pub retains many of its original features and the timber framework dates back to its earliest origins. A warm, cosy, traditional front bar with log burning fire throughout the winter and our freshly cooked menu with daily changing specials and very popular Sunday roasts add to the warm, friendly ambience. Look out for the plaques on the floor commemorating visits by Grace Kelly and comedian Max Miller. The 40 seat dining room towards the back of the pub is open for lunch and dinner and is also available for private parties and Regatta bookings. Spring and Summer sees the opening of the terrace with 40 tables by the riverside, adjacent to the bridge available for drinking and dining daily.
