Being close to the National Trails of the Ridgeway and Thames Path and Thames Valley Cycle Routes, The Cherry Tree is a popular resting and refreshment stop for walkers and cyclists.

Circus Circus is a Brighton wine bar with high ceilings, plenty of comfy sofas and plasma screens offering a variety of shows. With space to sprawl with a good book, or chat with a group of mates, there's room for everyone without it feeling too big if you drop in on a weekday afternoon. It's busy in the evening and ideal for a drink before or after nipping across the road to the Duke of York's cinema. There's a small restaurant serving authentic Thai food, seven days a week.
