Draught
Brakspear Bitter 3.4%
A superb session beer. Amber in colour with a good fruit, hop and malt nose. The initial taste of malt and the well hopped bitterness quickly dissolves into a predominantly bittersweet and fruity finish.


Brakspear Special 4.3%
Golden red colour with a well balanced aroma and a hint of sweetness. Full bodied, the taste is initially sweet giving way to a dry hop bitterness, finishing with a slightly sweet fruitiness.


Seasonal
Bee Sting 4.2%
A light golden coloured beer brewed with malted barley, oats, crystal malt and honey. English Fuggles hops give a delicate fragrance and glorious bitterness to balance the sweet and characteristic fullness imparted by the honey. A joyous celebration of all things bitter and sweet.

Hooray Henley 4.0%
Brewed with a blend of Lager and Ale malts to give a colour and body, midway between ale and lager. The remarkable aroma and citrus flavour are contributed by the English Fuggles and Slovenian Styrian Goldings hops. A perfect drink for a summer's day.

Oh Be Joyful 4.8%
Rich roasted malts and dark brown sugars are blended to give a well rounded flavour reminiscent of dried fruit and Christmas Cake. The balance of sweetness and bitterness satisfies the palate with a huge array of flavours.

Owzat 4.1%
A pale golden ale brewed with a twist of wheat, and plenty of Challenger and Goldings hops. The result is a sweet citrus aroma with a background of grapefruit and oranges combining with a flavour that is dried fruit and a tingle of bitterness.

January'Sale 3.8%
January'Sale is a golden bronze coloured ale brewed with Maris Otter malt with a hint of Crystal and Wheat Malts. Heavily infused with English Northdown and Challenger hops, it has a rich marmalade hop flavour with hints of grapefruit and citrus, balanced against a delicate, sweet maltyness. A bargain at any price!

Dirty Tackle 4.0%
A ruddy coloured gloriously hoppy ale brewed with Triple Crown of English Target, Challenger, and Northdown hops. Bold in the front row of flavour but with solid support from the back row of hoppy flavour and bitterness. Tackle another soon.

Hobgoblin 5.0%
The legend goes on ..... A deep ruby mysterious brew combining dark chocolate and crystal malts to give a luscious toffee chocolate malty flavour with a counterpoise of hop flavour and bitterness from the Fuggles and Styrian Goldings hops. Revel in those flavours.

Organic 4.0%
English Target hops give this beer a remarkable aroma. Late hopping with Goldins and fermentation by the Brakspear yeast creates a remarkable zesty aroma, a full fruity flavour and a golden colour. All Hops and Barley used in this beer are organically grown and produced.

Bottled & Canned
Brakspear Live Organic 4.6%
A multiple award winning beer that really delivers made with organic Target hops. The subtle bitterness also derives from organic Goldings hops. The freshness and zest of the beer is enhanced by quality bottle conditioning.


Brakspear Triple 7.2%
A beer conceived by Refresh Head Brewer Jeremy Moss, to celebrate the return of Brakspear brewing to Oxfordshire. This is a triple fermented, triple hopped strong beer, packaged in individually numbered bottles. With its high alcohol content and bottle conditioning, this is a beer that will go on to develop further complexity as it matures in its bottle.

Taste - Full bodied, malty and hoppy, with spice, coffee, toffee and Marmite flavours. Drink with Cheese, including cheddar, stilton and manchego; gammon and venison. Or sip as a digestif.
